Is the item I'm purchasing authentic?
Yes. We only sell authentic watches and accessories. We take great measures to assure items sold by are 100% authentic. The watch itself will be no different than the one purchased at an authorized dealer. All items originate from authorized dealers, and are carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure quality and authenticity.


How can I verify that the timepiece I have purchased is authentic?
To assure authenticity in advance of purchase, please view our great reviews below that have been posted by our past customers. Once you have received an item, the authenticity can be confirmed locally by any reputable watch dealer. *Note: If submitting your timepiece for verification to a local dealer, we suggest informing the dealer that you received the timepiece as a gift in order to obtain an honest assessment of authenticity, as the dealer may not take kindly to having lost business to another vendor at a lower price.


How could you sell these items for such a low price?
Most authorized dealers have a markup of 50% - 100% on any given timepiece. They need to do this because an average store only sells one or two big ticket items per day. We have a very large volume of sales, and therefore a small margin on any given item. We purchase in very large quantities at significantly discounted prices, and sell in large quantities online.

Do I have to pay sales tax if I order online?
At we do not charge sales.

How can I tell if an item is in stock and available for immediate shipping?
All items that are in stock and are ready for immediate shipping will state " IN STOCK " in red at the top right portion of the page, as well as in the item description. If an item is not in stock, the lead time for that item will indicated in the item description.

How soon will my order ship?
All In Stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For items that are not in stock, the item page will indicate an estimated lead time for shipping.

I have just received a tracking number from you, however FedEx does not have any record of my shipment.
Tracking numbers are generated at the time of processing and emailed to you immediately, however they cannot be tracked at until after 5pm Pacific Standard Time (8pm Eastern Time). After that time, your package can be tracked at, or by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX (463-3339).
